Lamech Marsh

Lead Pastor

I was called into full time ministry at the age of 18.  In 2005 I graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in pastoral ministries and I married my wife, AnneMarie and now God has blessed us with two wonderful children, Nora and Noah.  In 2009, I graduated from Asbury Seminary with a Masters of Divinity.  Since then, I have been on the pastoral staff full time at GAC.

It has been an amazing experience to see the Lord’s hand on and in my life! I am passionate about the vision God has for Girard Alliance Church. I want to see GAC become a place where we are ENGAGED in the church and in the community! I pray that we will ENABLE each other through an authentic relationship with Jesus to serve Him. My hope is we take ownership to live the call God has for us as a community who loves Jesus and others.   As the church seeks the Lord,  I pray that the GAC community will ENHANCE the call and mission that God has for His church and we will glorify His name!

Children's Ministry Director

I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve the families of this community and church.

GAC KIDS (God's Appointed Children) ministries provide an environment where children have an opportunity to begin or build on a life long relationship with Jesus and learn what it means to live out their faith every day.  As a children's ministry team we are dedicated to creating an experience that is fun and exciting; that hopefully becomes a highlight of each child's week.  We want the children's ministry programs to be an  irresistible experience for the children; that encourages them to desire more of Jesus.  In Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

It is a great blessing to serve the Lord at Girard Alliance. As a mother of two this is a place I have seen people connect with not only me, but my children.  This church embodies "Love". I remember visiting the church for the first time and immediately I felt welcomed and accepted; which really showed me that this community of believers understands who Jesus is and I hope you will feel the same. Please reach out and connect with me if you have any questions, I would love to meet you!

Tyler Puharic

Assistant Pastor

Tyler has served here at Girard Alliance since January 2018 overseeing the Youth and Young Adult ministries. Tyler was born in Pittsburgh, Pa and spent half of his childhood in Western PA before moving out to Cherry Hill, NJ. There is where he spent most of his teen years and where he graduated high school.

Tyler surrendered His heart to the Lord at the age of 16 at Suncrest Camp. There is where he also felt the call into youth ministry. Tyler graduated from Geneva College (Beaver Falls, PA) in May 2017. Tyler and his wife, Amy, have been married since June 2017. They both love the Lord and have a heart for His people. They want to share the name of Jesus and point to the One who can bring true change. They both enjoy going to the movies and setting out for new adventures. Tyler also is a big game person; video games, board games and sports.

Kim Kooken

Women's JOY Lead

Kim has been the facilitator of JOY (Jesus, Others, and You) since 2013. JOY is mainly a women's fellowship ministry based on Matthew 22:37-39 which states: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself."  We encourage each other to keep Jesus first in our hearts and lives and to care for others as well as ourselves. We spend time doing a short devotion with discussion as well as take time to pray for each other.

Kim is the devoted wife of Scott and loving pet parent to her dog Otis. Her mission is to continually grow in an initiate relationship with Jesus and to encourage others to do the same.

Jeremy Kropf

Men's "Band of Brothers" Lead

Jeremy spent most of his growing up years on the mission field as his parents served the Lord in Botswana and South Africa. After graduating high school, he attended Zion Ministerial Institute in Waverly, NY where he met and eventually married his lovely wife, Kim. Since then, they have lived in Erie, Pennsylvania, except for 2 years when he and his family served as missionaries in Cameroon, Africa.

It is a privilege to serve the Lord, and Jeremy is honored to lead the BOB group. God has called us men to a vital role in our families and communities and it is Jeremy’s desire that each man fulfill that God-given purpose.

“Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.”  (Rom. 12:9-11).
